Become a Volunteer!
The Atlanta Urban Debate League believes strongly in the power of community. Volunteering in the AUDL helps provide the opportunity to hundreds of debaters to use their voice to advocate for themselves and their communities. We recommend volunteers start by judging at debate tournaments. We have several one-day tournaments every month throughout Metro-Atlanta.
No previous debate experience is needed to judge at debate tournaments. We have a judge orientation and training session before the first round at every tournament. You can also check out our judge resources in the Judges’ Lounge.

After signing up to volunteer for a tournament, you will receive an email from an AUDL staff member during the week prior to a tournament to confirm your attendance.
If you are interested in volunteering in AUDL programming outside of judging at tournaments, please contact Christy Bradley (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Candice Williams (email@example.com).
